While I've been a member of CAF since January of 2012, I never actually posted any art from my collection until 2024. Initially this was due to the fact that I never felt I had much that was worth sharing. My primary focus early on leaned more towards illustration art, particularly painted pieces, and I've never had a strong interest in superhero art, which is obviously a big focus here. However, once Bill started doing his CAF Live videos, I realized that the site owner himself had a much broader interest in art that the name here suggests, so I finally made a resolution to try to post things from my collection on a semi-regular basis.

Over the years, in large part due to CAF, I've broadened the focus of my collection to include more and more comic art. Although I do love big splashy images, I'm generally a panel page over cover guy, with a preference towards independent/creator-owned titles. I especially appreciate artists who pencil/ink and letter their own work, although hand-lettering is unfortunately a dying art these days.

My hope here is to both share some of my favorite pieces as well as provide a glimpse into where my interests lie. Much here is in what I would consider my permanent collection, which is to say stuff that I'm not interested in selling, but if you do have a strong interest in something, feel free to let me know in case that ever changes.
