This may not be considered original art, but it is probably a scan of a reduced black and white copy of a photostat of the original artwork. Each step in the production of a comic book could be considered an artwork in and of itself because it takes a skilled person... an artist at their craft to produce it.This part of a two page splash page is considered by many people to be one of the most beautiful pieces comic book art ever done. The original pencil and inked artwork is available elsewhere on ComicArtFans. I am posting this ,in part, for educational and comparison purposes. Please enjoy it for what it is.
