British children's annuals - 1930s to 1950s
This gallery room contains artwork for British children's hardback annuals published by Renwick of Otley from the 1930's to the 1950s. These annuals had titles such as 'Our Boys' Best of All', 'Our Girls' Tales', 'Our Girls' Gift Book', 'Our Boys' Tip Top', 'Our Girls' Brightest' and so on. It seems that many of the stories were reprinted in different versions of the annuals and in different countries, including Australia.
