Description

This piece is not as large as I thought it was, only 11" x 8.25", and the image on the upper right is a printed stat paste-up, rather than Terry apeing his prior style like I thought it was when it was in the previous owners gallery; but I still absolutely adore it. For the five year anniversary of SiP Terry released a Calendar, and September's pin-up pictured here was an homage to the very first cover of SiP (the top right paste up, see additional images). Terry also ended the series with issue #90's cover being another homage to issue #1. Terry has not sold the issue #90 cover, or any of that final issue's art, and I've yet to come across the cover art for issue #1, and as much as I would love to add those to my collection, in many ways I love this little piece more than either of those, as it shows his artistic development over the years all within a single piece. Very cool. **My financial situation has changed since I acquired, and thus it is available for purchase.
