Lud Hughes is lucky that the person who sold him this piece actually delivered on the sale. I bought a page from Hughes and he never sent it! Lots of excuses with the few e-mails he bothered to respond to but no art and no refund. It's been 90 days and I'm still waiting. The good news is he was kicked off of E-bay as a result of his actions so he can't do it to anyone else, and I have the e-mails to prove it if you want copies. The other good news is my dispute with Paypal (that's how I paid him) finally got me a refund and likewise put him in "hot water" there. Watch out if you deal with him cause he may do the same to you as he did to me. Posted on 3/2/2008 |
