Cool page from what I still think is the best storyline in Cap's history.  Congratulations on the great pickup!

That panel with the focus on the eye is Perez super concentrated!  He was going great epic fantasy work for Crossgen to build much of their mythology and this page has the immense linework to prove it.

Comic within a comic shows the big ideas and ideal images of the comic.  That's a lot to take in.  Lemire and Crook team up gives us defining images of the book.

I read DP7 & Starbrand late but loved those series, DP7 especially as the creative team was stellar.

The little girl bookends this page.  Everything in between is superhero action fun!

The faces on the small panels give us just the perfect reaction to the big action shots on the left.  Neat layout that combines splashy stuff and facey stuff.

The way that kids are drawn is pitch perfect here by Coipel.  He's amongst some of the most notable artists who's worked on Millarworld stories.

Extra-Billy, wouldn't you like to be a Billy too?  Love this series, love the character, love the page, great pickup.
