Always wanted a Frank Cho Shanna but I count myself incredibly lucky for what I have, so congratulations on this enviable score! What a great power pose! ![]() Thanks! I'm really grateful that I got the opertunity to pick up this beautiful piece by Frank who definitely took his time when drawing all of the fine details of the character Shanna. I was plesantly surprise that he decided to do a full figure when he was initially only doing busts. |

X-Factor #73 Pg 12 Owner: Robert Saggers Comment posted on 12/3/2024 30 years later and this scene of Madrox getting knocked out by Kermit the Frog at the Smithsonian is still an absolute riot! Peter David's humor was top notch in this series that included wordplay, pop culture references, running gags, physical humor, and funny dialogue! Larry Stroman's hyper exaggerated style of drawing really added to the comedic tone of this new incarnation of the X-Factor title that David put together in the aftermath of the Muir Island Saga. |

Bernie Wrightson - American Vampire 2 Variant Cover Owner: Roger K. Comment posted on 12/3/2024 Amazing cover depicting a frightening scene of a salvage diver who stumbles onto the resting place of Skinner Sweet. Star Wars Republic #55 P.5 (2003) with Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Alpha-17 by Brian Ching & Victor Llamas Owner: Killian Cramers Comment posted on 11/26/2024 Really great page depicting the brutality of trench warfare that is hardly ever seen in the Star Wars universe where most of the battles are fought in the cockpit of a starfighter. I remember reading the Jabiim arc and thinking how grim it was. Every battle won was a Pyrrhic victory that made you question if the lives lost to gain that next hill was truly worth it. In the end there turns out to be no victor and both sides lost. |

Marcus Wai said:
Part of Star Wars legends now, but there is so much culture and characters created in these Dark Horse stories that is prime to be used. Duursema's creativity and vision guided Star Wars into unexplored themes and places in these stories. Jedi Quinlan Vos and this storyline is one of her most popular works. ![]() I have so many fond memories of Dark Horse Star Wars and it always brings me joy whenever I'm able to aquire an original page from one of the stories published in this era of Star Wars. It looks much more faithful to Edgar Rice Burroughs work and it's a shame that this adaptation never came into fruition.
