Awesome page from a very underrated X-Men run by Mike Carey. I loved the roster of heroes and villains that he chose for Rogue's team. My only disappointment was that this run didn't last longer before going into the Messiah Complex story arc. Congrats on a great pickup!

Thank you! That's awesome you were able to get an autograph by Caroline Munro. I've never met her but I've been told by people who have that she's a very sweet person. I've been to WonderFest once and thought it was a great show. It's really cool just to walk the show floor and see all the amazing models people have built and I would like to go again when I have the extra funds!

Awesome page from the first story arc in Dark Horse's Star Wars title. Winn really shows off his talent for crosshatching and line work to creat a dark and foreboding atmosphere within a shady space port cantina. Congrats on a great pick up! 

Great likeness of Clint Eastwood as the Man with No Name. Love how half of his face is hidden in shadow to provide a more gritty atmoshpere to a classic western standoff.

Dan Brereton paints some of the best comic covers! It's really unfortunate that Dark Horse didn't contract him to do more on Star Wars.

Great tribute to Star Wars #38 that Michael Golden penciled for Marvel Comics back in the 80s. I recognize the living ship from the story written by both Golden and Archie Goodwin. Awesome idea for a commission!

Great page from Peter David's phenomenal run on X-Factor where he shows a cunning side to the enigmatic Layla Miller standing over a dying hitman she predicted would be electrocuted to death telling him "she knows stuff" while holding a flashlight to her face. Ryan's use of heavy shadows really adds a sinister tone to the grim scene that made it feel like a real crime noir story.

Great page from Messiah Complex arc! It's actually a depowered Rictor with Madrox from X-Factor Investigations who Cyclops asks to go undercover to infiltrate the Purifiers ranks.
