Totally agree about Tomasi's writing! Somehow he's underrated and it's a shame he wasn't given a decade-long run on whatever he wanted to do. Also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.

This was a great sequel to the original story. I remember reading this as a kid and it was so gritty

I always thought that if Paul's run had been drawn five or ten years before he would be considered one of the legendary artists but was a victim of the time where everyone seems to look back on that time period with disdain but it really was a great point in comics. 

This is one of those pages that seems like it's incomprehensible to actually own, congrats! 

I've never heard of Bomba either but what a great page! The panel grid layout and the croc breaking the panel are really cool features that seem unusual for the time, (although I'm probably wrong on that).
