Beautiful choice! Love the close-ups on the boots, the line, and the batarang. Contrasts really nicely with the zoomed-out city scene.

This is my introduction to the artist, but what a nice example- moody and inky are always on my list of what catches my eye about a page, and this has both. Love how the negative space suggests the tree's bark.

Ortega has become one of my favorite artists over the last few years. I love the position of her upper hand - it's so clearly in a twisting motion that you can imagine how she's manipulating her telekinesis. I love the screentone effects, too.

Stellar cover! I loved both of the Dodson covers from this arc, and the Spidey/Felicia relationship revisit, though I always wish it would stick for longer. Spidey in the snow always makes for a great story!

Beautiful Spidey from Bagley! This one captures the less-packed suit webbing of his Ultimate era, and the web offers an in-your-face appeal that is as good as any city skyline background. Congrats on the new addition!

I considered a few of Mike's past collaborators - I love Rob Stull's work over Mike's pencils, Richard Case, and Kesel... but I think Mark is one of the best in the business and I know his fondness for Mike's work, so I went that way. Very happy with the result, and maybe I'll have another of Mike's former inkers tackle one of my other pencil pieces from him!

Love this- hope you saw the colors Maxi posted on IG yesterday! Added a nice dimension to the piece, though the b&w is lovely on its own.

Can't believe I haven't commented on this. It has everything you'd want from a Cho piece, and the contrast between the Bats figure and the ballpoint crosshatching highlights Cho's signature techniques. This should be a TPB cover!

Love the tilted water towers to remind you just how wild swinging would have to feel, if you or I could do it. McGuinness makes the Miles suit look classic!

This is so rad. The three artists I'd love to see draw this costume most are JSC, Larraz, and Jim Lee... and this is a perfect Jim Lee. 

Is this the first of his "faces in a crowd" kind of theme? I know he did something similar with one of the DAPB variants this last year. First or not, it rocks. Any chance to have the self-portrait included just raises it up a level. 

Stunner! I was a hair behind you in getting to this one- I think it's THE Spidey page from Immonen's tenure on the book. Von Grawbadger's inks take this up a level, too, and the two quieter panels below add so much. Mega congrats!

I prefer the composition to the final poster, personally. The looming Vader and the smaller Hayden puts the emphasis where most fans preferred it stay, on the mythic threat to come.

This suit is criminally underrated.

Man, oh man... what a gem! Cheung draws everyone so well, sometimes I overlook how incredible his Wolverine, Spidey and Ben Grimm are. He's one of my very favorites, and this is about as good an example as you could want. Your collection, man! Wow!

For whatever reason, I haven't had Immonen in my pantheon of Ben Grimm artists... I was wrong! He makes Benjy so expressive here, particularly in that third-to-last panel. Marvelous spread to ring in the new year!

Bagley was so locked in throughout this run, but I remember reading those first 25 issues with a breathless excitement. You've got a nice example here!
