I see it now! That R is the same one from the 90's Robin series illustrated by Tom Lyle. 

It's the hair and face that gets me on this piece. Unmistakably a Rude banger! Makes me super happy every time Hudson sees this he says "I really like this Robin, dad."

Killer page! This is all the goodness I remember from reading that book when it hit shelves. 

That middle right panel just screams noir to me.

Really good decision to pick this up though. Jim's work was just so ....opposite of what was in mainstream comics at the time.  Non-standard layout and character renditions have me reminiscing of those times.
