It looks like the carnotaurus as designed here was meant to have feathers on its belly maybe? Notably the same dinosaur is also present in the Dinosaur ride at the Animal Kingdom theme park at Disney World in Florida. I wonder if Ricardo Delgado was involved in that project also?
