Great words for Dave Sim,Gerhard and the whole Cerebus story. I agree on all accounts. I see Gerhard as probably one of the most underrated artists in all comicdom. Dave Sim is everything you say but I couldnt imagine the books without Gerhard. Awesome page!

Hello Jim, Great great piece!! This piece is actually published in Wizard Top 100 covers hard back. It mentions that it was going to be a cover for Wizard but there was to much Julie and not enough Maxx. Their words not mine. I think it was because it was going to be a wrap around cover. Also mentions some other cool little bits of info about it. Congrats on this amazing piece!!

By the way Paul this comment was made as a joke. Just having fun with foggy. This piece is awesome and yes it is worthy of ballerism. I really like the Komodo. Good take on Ashen. Its of the Vulture Queen style dress and very similar to the Snow Leopard in arrangement. Couldnt have a better combination of two better Bisleys. All around grade A example. Congrats!

Seen a few Kirby Pinups from this era over the years but never a Ditko let alone a Spidey Ditko! Awesome piece. Must look killer in person.

Another Killer example. I remember owning this page =) Again though you had Greg capullo do all the pencils and then it was inked by Chance wolfe and mcfarlane. Neat page nevertheless.
