This scene in the book was lovely, too, and underscored just how off his game Matt was... After enduring the continual “blunt trauma” of the media circus his life had been turned into, he was ill-prepared for the sudden appearance of Elektra, razor sharp and suffering no fools. Painful to read, but heavenly to experience! :) Great piece! Congrats again! Thanks Jason! Couldn't have said it better myself! It truly was uncomfortable seeing Matt so vulnerable in this moment. For him to see Elektra must be like seeing a ghost from the past full of mixed emotions. |
