Yes it is inked, Fred. There is some very fine line work from Marc Campos on this page. However, my scan might not be the best either.

Two things spring to mind. First, I would move Tarzan out from the center of the image, maybe move him up towards the top right corner. Second, I would try and make the characters a little larger, they seem lost on the page. Otherwise I like it so far, especially the under drawing of Batman, it has a nice foundation.
