This is just awesome; Bats is my fav comic character, but this reminds me of one of those classic Spawn covers by Mcfarlane...back when the title was still alive.

Great set of pages from a thrilling tale! I love Mcniven's razor-sharp, detailed line-work. Of course, Vine's inks brings it up yet another notch.

Haha, I agree with your comment on some of IGN's choices...but such is the nature of art, I guess! Nonetheless, what drew me to this piece was Chris' tongue-in-cheek vision of Venom. Not many can pull off such a piece well.

Now, this is iconic art! Great size too (I love 11" x 17" pieces). A fitting tribute to a classic graphic novel.

Fantastic; I was an avid collector of the very card-set that this piece was used for back in the 90s, and it's great seeing the OA here. Let me know if you ever put this up for sale/trade.

Truth be told, I'm not sure, and neither was Mark himself (it done years ago). He said it was most likely Scott Hanna though.

Thanks! Yes, this is the first Bagley Cap that I've seen; I'm more familiar with his Spidey art. It was something he had in-hand - a piece which he did for a Marvel-themed restaurant called the Avengers Cafe. I assume that it was probably used for marketing purposes, or featured on their menus or something.
