Great piece! Totally suited to Kindt's sensibilities. I love what he does with watercolors. Is there a more underrated artist working today? I'm not so sure.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm also looking quite forward to the next Parker. I was all set to not buy any of the Watchmen stuff until I saw Darwyn was involved. Well, that just changes everything, doesn't it?

Beautiful BS piece! I've seen the man work and I must say it's an experience. By the time he's done, his hands are completely filthy and he's covered in ink and correction fluid. Yet, somehow, he churns out a masterpiece.

Thanks for your comment. I've also checked my copies of Retroactive, Comic Book Artist #3, Comics Journal #285 and Comic Book Artist #6 (Will Eisner/Spirit Tribute) and cannot find it anywhere! Perhaps it was a promo piece or unused pin up/poster concept. Maybe it'll be in the upcoming Modern Masters volume w/Cooke by Twomorrows publishing?
