Buscema Thor is always a treat. His run on Thor for me, was the definitive version of the character, and even though i love the Simonson run, Buscema draws Thor like no oher.

Finaly some DC goodness, and what a great piece to start with. Starlin's ability to project power in his images, just bursts forth from the image.

Seriously envious, congrats.

What a memorable cover, great aquisition made that much sweeter by the fact that you beat out Imran to it :-)

Reading DC Comics Presents at the time, this story just stood out as being so much better than the issues preceeding it. Love it, congrats

I Loved issue 50, and yes it was corny and soppy, but it was the wedding issue ! Loved the art, Perez at a high.

Wow what a great looking piece, makes me want a Batman piece now. 

Looks great after the resto, although for the life of me i cant remember what the touch ups were? So happy that you managed to get yet another key piece of nostalgia for your collection, at this rate you should be all finished in another year or so :-)

Perez painted pieces are just amazing, and with the size of this piece, up close this is so imposing. So happy for you, it couldnt have gone into a better collection.
