That splash from Avengers Annual #2 was in fact a homage (made at Roy Thomas' instruction, of course) to the cover of All-Star Comics #35, the introduction of Per Degaton. So you've actually come full circle with this commission!

Very nice commission artwork by Luis Rivera. And I agree that Incredible Hulk #135 is a great cover to homage for a piece featuring Per Degaton.

These commissions are really clever, and you have a great collection of them.. I enjoyed seeing several of them printed by Roy Thomas in Alter Ego.

Really cool page by Rick Hoberg & friends! I love the areoplane! And it's always cool to see scenes where the Squadron members are hanging out and bantering. Seems like Roy Thomas enjoyed scripting those sequences.
