Me neither, do they still make them? One of my college roommates ended up being the son of the Leaf Corporation president (or some such executive)... now I dream that there was a stash of Wolverton Fink Buttons in unopened boxes and the original art files in his basement and he is just waiting to send them to me.

What that has to do with Clark Bars, I can't explain... (probably because the answer is "nothing.") :)

Thanks, Josh! I bought this as an impoverished grad student in the late 90's. Saved and saved for it and it was just about all the money I had. 3x my rent at the time. But, like you said, it had everything I loved about Kirby and Sinnott FF. And from my then-favorite storyline too. Never regretted for a moment. Only wish I had the foresight to buy more back then.

There's also a story that goes around that this was temporarily lost in the mail. But I think it is also from a time that Marie Severin was directing and producing covers for Marvel and had produced some of the previous covers in the run.

I remember that now, I think it was Lisa Beaderstadt that was his friend and agent and also a model for some of his 1990s work, and I remember her saying Alex still had those Gwen pages but she had reserved them for a "prominent collector who really wanted them" (must have been you because I think I remember seeing you post someting about them on the old Comicart-L listserve?) but that she would pass on some other work to me. I was dissappointed, but also happy to have these other pieces, including the pencil prelim to the cover of Marvels 4.  I'll probably post some of them them soon.
