Absolutely PRIME era Bernie, working in his wheelhouse, and just killing it (no pun intended).....So much to love here. If you're getting Wrightson this is the era to play in for sure.

Really great piece. Given its size it must be so impressive in hand. It's got those "Nowlan Knees" I would be able to spot anywhere. He's one of the finest and most underrated artists of the last several decades. Congratulations.

I can't believe I am the first one to leave a comment on this (I drafted this comment days ago, sue me), what a perfect Jim Lee piece. This page stands alone in it's layout and action so well that it's hard to imagine you could improve upon it. Those inks? My God, they just sing.

Well, I was thinking more the other collectors getting a restraining order against me. Might make seeing eachother at a convention problematic if I'm forced to be 150 yards away at all times.

So many lessons to take from this:

1) Don't Trust Brothers,

2) Don't Trust anyone who would be friends with your brother(s),

3) Don't Trust anyone who would be friends with bed-wetters regardless of familial relationship,

4) Always bag your comics before bed...

I think that's it, but I really hope that you've overcome your PEE-TSD.

The artwork is described as "colored pencils" and "animation", but I guess that most people ignored the fine print and who can blame them?

LOL! Thanks for pointing that out. This piece has been posted for so long that it was up before the "media type" and "art type" were options as part of the description. "colored pencils" and "animation" are the first options in each of those drop down menus so when the site updated to add those fields it must have defaulted to the first choice in each.  Now I have to go check all my other stuff posted in 2004-2005-2006 etc to see what else has the wrong designations.
