That's so weird!  I just had a couple friends check out the main image, and when they enlarge it, it's fine.  Must be gremlins messing with things again.

Any references to Back To The Future make me extremely happy, so thank you for that!  And you are absolutely correct (as we shall see when we check in on the other team members in the days to come).

But just to clarify, page 1 of this issue is Kevin's 1st appearance (or birth page).   The pg 2-3 DPS is his 2nd appearance (or 1st full appearance) as well as Burnout's 1st appearance.  So this page 4 would be Kevin's third appearance and Burnout's 2nd appearnce.

That'a a looooot of explanation, but before you give up the farm in trade, I just thought you should be totally clear on the specifics ... especially as we move forward, because once Kevin and Burnout both get their own wildly successful solo ongoing series (as well as movie treatments in the MCU), this info will be crucial.

Yeah there is some confusion about Kevin's 1st appearance page in this issue.   That would indeed be page 1 ... not this pg 2-3 DPS as Ruben believes (I'll need to set him straight before he gives up the farm).

As I wrote in the description of this DPS: "That petrified guy on page one was Kevin (1st appearance!). Turns out he's a window washer who we now gather Spidey has webbed up and saved during an attack by a brand new villain Burnout (1st appearance!)"

As you suggested, you could say that pg 1 is Kevin's birth page, and pg 2 of this DPS is Kevin's 1st full apearance.

And pg 3 of this DPS is the 1st appearance of Burnout.

That's a lot of explanation ... but hey, I want no confusion moving forward ... especially when Kevin and Burnout get their own wildly successful series and even a leaky 2006 Wrangler won't be enough to bring me to the table.

Haha, thanks man!  Yup, still here in my ever-lovin' Spidey collection.  I have big plans to frame it, hang it on the wall, and beneath it, put a bunch of Spiderverse action figures that are currently sitting in a box.   I'm so lazy!

Poor Spidey.  Always being blamed for things he didn't do.  Great page!  Especially love the 1st and 4th panels.

I like this one more and more each time I see it.  The haughtiness of Doom is pitch perfect and almost palpable.  Love that 1st panel as Mephisto slithers onto the scene in his snake form.  And by the way, this issue was such a great  read.  Great McGuinness page, congrats!

Now that is a delightfully sparse use of the Witchblade armor.  Though at this point, is it armor or rather a kind of techno bikini?  Discuss.
