I look at this most beautiful page and words fail. This is the most significant comic of Marvel's Silver Age and this page itself is so poignant: a masterpiece!

Hans, a masterfull page of all medmbers of the FF in costume and battle action. Even at this later end of the King's run on the FF he is still seamlessly generating such outstanding and beautiful work, ably assisted by Joe Sinnott's clean and fluid inking. 

A great Jack Kirby page alone; the inking by Bill Everett is beautiful; some of the best brush work I have seen. Congratulations on such a wonderful acquisition.

A beautiful and historic page where Steve Ditko still had a creative conterol on the narrative.

I love coming back to your gallery Ron; a real treat and feast for the eyes. Ditko's stunning work for Marvel in the 60's was just beautiful and so consistently of the highest of standards. All of that praise is very evident in your wonderful Dr Strange page.

Absolutely Mark. I think both Giacoia and Sinnott at their best on Kirby are outstanding, though I think Joltin Joe was probably more consistent at this high peak of excellence.

A great(er) cover than the published version Hans. It is interesting that the apparent floor sheen lines are not drawn in perspective, just perpendicular to the horizon; not distracting, but interesting nonetheless. Presumably the inking purely followed Kirby's graphic intent.

Mike, this is now a poignant and wonderful piece of history. Given the reclusive nature of the great man, this is a fascinating addition to both Steve Ditko's mythology as well as his then current view. He says alot and a little at the same time.
