Lovely page Robert; another great acqusition to your impressive collection. Austin inks over Rogers pencils is such a strong graphic combination.,
I love coming back to this wonderful splash page, from such a key book (for me anyway). Wally Wood over Don Heck equates to vintage Siver Age quality!
What a great page Maicol: it reminds me of the late Golden age Captain America work Romita did in the 50's!
Just a wonderful Marvel Silver Age Grab bag Bechara: it speaks to both history and joy!
Prime Kirby Silver Age action Jeremy with always solid inking from Giacoia. A text book example of how well the King can rapidly pace the story.
I look at this most beautiful page and words fail. This is the most significant comic of Marvel's Silver Age and this page itself is so poignant: a masterpiece!
A lovely page Mark. Chic Stone's in king on Jack was lovely and lush with Thor; his brush work was beautifully fluent and varied in weight.
Thanks Bob for such a wonderful recreation. This issue is very special to me and you have beautifully captured Jack's deft pencilling while maintaining your own incomporable style in deliniation. Top shelf!
A wonderful page by the 'Master'. Evocative inks set this action page well in the silver age. Congratulations.
Albert, a great piece by a talented and genuine nice guy!
Hans, a masterfull page of all medmbers of the FF in costume and battle action. Even at this later end of the King's run on the FF he is still seamlessly generating such outstanding and beautiful work, ably assisted by Joe Sinnott's clean and fluid inking.
A great Jack Kirby page alone; the inking by Bill Everett is beautiful; some of the best brush work I have seen. Congratulations on such a wonderful acquisition.
Thanks Paul. Each day I try and soak up that time and issue some 56 years ago. Jack Kirby magic!
Wonderful Kirby magic! The interaction between Dr Strange and The FF is a joy.
Such a wonderful page Marcus from the King: a fitting fairwell to his late Marvel period.

A beautiful and historic page where Steve Ditko still had a creative conterol on the narrative.
I love coming back to your gallery Ron; a real treat and feast for the eyes. Ditko's stunning work for Marvel in the 60's was just beautiful and so consistently of the highest of standards. All of that praise is very evident in your wonderful Dr Strange page.
Absolutely Mark. I think both Giacoia and Sinnott at their best on Kirby are outstanding, though I think Joltin Joe was probably more consistent at this high peak of excellence.
An absolute 'cracker' John; congratulations!
What's not to love! 9 Panels of magic that harkens back to the Kings early 60's FF magic at the beginning.
Hey Terry; I appreciate your past 'Ditko pain' (been there, done that); but this splash is absolutely a rare treasure in the pantheon of those wonderful and iconic first 38 issues + AM#15: congratulations on this awesome replacement which provides subtle depth, beautifully drawn and inked, as only Ditko could.
What a sweet photo and I love the wonderfull 'Marvel' tie.
A fabulous page by one of Australia's finest! Congrats on owning this great example of Pitt's work.
Definitely the 'Dream Team' combination of Jack & Joe: Lovely cover.
Hi Bob,
Just letting you know (in case you haven't seen it) that Comiclink is currently auctioning this page in its Spring Featured Auction.
Lovely page from a classic golden age gem! Congrats.
A great(er) cover than the published version Hans. It is interesting that the apparent floor sheen lines are not drawn in perspective, just perpendicular to the horizon; not distracting, but interesting nonetheless. Presumably the inking purely followed Kirby's graphic intent.
A magical purchase: Congratulations and well done. Superb Kirby pencils, beautifully rendered by Sinnott, nothing better.
Robert, this beautiful page ticks all the boxes. Jack's wonderfully dynamic art complimented perfectly by Frank's inking makes this page literally vibrate.
Such a beautiful page of Kirby & Sinnott at their very best! This is prime Fantastic Four by the masters, worth whatever you had to sell to get it.
An absolutely awesome and key Silver Age Kirby piece; wonderfulto admire and drool over Nick!
Mike, this is now a poignant and wonderful piece of history. Given the reclusive nature of the great man, this is a fascinating addition to both Steve Ditko's mythology as well as his then current view. He says alot and a little at the same time. Thank you for sharing. RIP Steve Ditko, one of the 'Immortals'!
A wonderful page of real history Rob. Chic Stone is a great inker for Don Heck, polishing and tightening his looser pencil style.
A lovely and prized pencil of characters that Jack enjoyed to illustrate many times over his magnificent career.
A lovely cleanly drawn DD cover by Gene the Dean, with wonderfully tight pencils and inking before his style became looser and more atmospheric.
Bill, a wonderfull cover by Big John at the height of his visual powers. Magic at twice up size, a joy to behold!
The Machinery, the Crackle, the KING! Great page Mark.
A wonderful, moody Kane Batman, screaming Golden Age sensibility. Clearly Rob, SD has been a very Happy hunting ground for you!
Interestingly this page has a real Steve Ditko feel to it. Nice page of Michael Golden's interpretation of the King.
Lee, this is a fine Colan page; congratulations as you close in on your 'quest'!
