Comic Art Fans Update 256

We run down all the popular artworks posted to CAF between September 1-7, 2025, and also review highlights from sales reported from original Comic Art Dealers and Auction Houses for the same periods.

I've selected 10 auction lots this week from show sponsor Heritage Auctions current Weekly Comic Art Auction. The title page to Godzilla #7 by Herb Trimpe from 1977 is packed with a giant splash of the other green goliath, and then there is this superb Enemy Ace battle page from Star Spangled War Stories #149 by Joe Kubert. Then this is this Conan painting by Ken Kelly, another Dinosaurs Attack trading card painting, an Avengers #137 page by Tuska and Colletta, an interesting Swamp Thing #66 Batman story page by Rick Veitch, a Cloak and Dagger battle page from Spectacular Spider-Man #70 by Ed Hannigan, a Challengers of the Unknown #6 page by John Paul Leon, a cover by Yuko Shimizu for IDW, and lastly this Eerie #104 splash page from 1979 by Alfredo Alcala. As usual, something for everyone's taste in this weekly Heritage auction!
