Unknown to all, though, the evidence was manufactured by pro-apartheid South African Colonel Oort, who hopes to capture paranormals and use them against his enemies. Harlan Mook continues to terrorize American military and historic targets. But, when Mook tries to kill Khomeni, the Iranian Ayatollah uses his paranormal power to brainwash Mook into becoming his agent. Lt. Keith Remsen feels responsible for not stopping Mook when he had the chance and vows to capture him. The Pentagon sends the paranormal force, under the command of Major Kathi Blizzard with Captain Jack Magniconte as second in command, to South Africa to take out the supposed destroyer of Pittsburgh. |
