Fred Harper is a comic artist best known for his Toxic Avenger comics. Fred has also drawn for Marvel, DC and Ahoy Comics as well as sketches for Ozzfest and Megadeth.
Years ago, Glen Brunswick, owner of PANEL PAGE ART, met a prestigious art dealer that had a Madison Avenue gallery. He asked the dealer how he could tell if a piece of art was good or not. The dealer said he based his opinion on a gut feeling. He had to love the art he represented at least a little bit. It's this philosophy that goes into every piece of art we buy and sell. We consider ourselves curators of comic art collections.
