X-Force/Cable: Messiah War, One-Shot, 2nd Printing, Variant, Wrap-Around Cover. 2009.

Hands down my favorite cover from the Chris Yost/Craig Kyle iteration of X-Force.

I was a big fan of their run on the title. The team was bad ass. The stories were great. The art was dynamic, aggressive and violent. Perfectly executed on style & tone, it was an exemplary representation of the clandestine mutant kill squad.

Mike Choi produced a lot of memorable art throughout this run, having worked on roughly half the Yost/Kyle issues. But this one ALWAYS stood out to me. So glad to own such an iconic depiction of the team, by an artist that is up there with the all-time best to have drawn them.

It is two boards and 21 x 15 inches of pure awesome!
