Description

Here's an impressionistic acrylic landscape painting by Mike Hernandez. I love the cool sky and foreground framing the shock of orange in the peaks. Great atmospherics in the sky, reflections in the still lake, and shapes in the pines. The mood is amazing IMO.

This painting appeared in a great article on the artist's work in the July/August 2025 issue of Modern Impressionist Magazine.
