Lex Luthor is dying. So he asks his greatest enemy, Superman to help him.
Anyone else but Superman would have said 'Goodbye', but Superman is determined to find a cure for Lex.
So he travels to the future to see if 'the smartest man he knows' Brainiac 5, can find a cure.

He arrives in the future to see the adult Legion battling The Fatal Five.
