DescriptionAll Hope Abandon! Damn, did Steven knock it out of the park on this massive full page splash or what? This beast is absolutely cover quality and demands your full attention. Here we have a stunning depiction of Lucifer and Lady Demon from the short lived Chaos! Quarterly anthology series. This was a really fun short story featuring Lady Death's alter ego and every single page is a banger. Personally, I feel this period of Steven's career from '93-'97 was when he was doing his best work. I don't believe he was feeling the effects of his illness yet and was firing on all cylinders. His inking during this time is incredible as is the power of his line work.If you've never read these books I'd definitely recommend checking out both issues #1 and 2 for some classic Steven Hughes art and they tie nicely to the Between Heaven & Hell and Odyssey mini-series.
