As Luke, Leia and Han prepare to steal a Star Destroyer by faking a reactor meltdown, Wedge Antilles and Red Squadron make sure that none of the Imperial shuttles escape. (If I understand the chronology correctly, this is before Luke and Wedge decide to rename the flight group Rogue Squadron. It gets confusing because they go back and forth between Rogue and Red several times in the mythology.) There’s a nice shot of Wedge as he’s on the comms with Luke. Star Wars (vol. 2 Marvel) # 22, page 15 (2016).

I’ve been looking for a good representative page (hell, any good page, really) for Star Wars for a long time. I LOVE this one, with that space battle looking authentic and the X-Wing coming through a fireball. At the time this was published, Molina tended to render on the computer and then ink by hand, and I think that’s what’s happened with this page. The inks certainly are original.
