J Scott Campbell is easily one of the most popular artists in comics today. Ask any fan who has stood in one of his lines at San Diego Comic Con for a sketch or signature and they will tell you it was well worth the wait. JSC broke into comics as an illustrator for Wildstorm Comics on such titles as WildCATS and Stormwatch, but it was his breakout work on Gen13, co-created with Jim Lee and Brandon Choi, where he solidified his status as one of most visually dynamic and sought after artists in the business. His Danger Girl series which hit the shelves in 1998 provided him the perfect vehicle to showcase his flair for dynamic storytelling, dramatic action sequences, and beautiful secret agents, while his tenure on Spider-Man the past several years has provided fans with a bevy of beautiful art to collect. jscottcampbell.com |
