John Higgins

In 2004, John Higgins was commissioned to re-master the colors for the oversized Absolute Watchmen edition of the series. After the project had been completed, a color proof was printed and sent out to John for each interior page of the book and the colors were checked for accuracy. With Watchmen original published artwork selling for several thousands of dollars per page and more, this is a rare opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind piece of original Watchmen artwork. Each color proof is printed on high quality paper that measures 11 X 17. The date and time of printing, and page number are printed on the top of the proof. The proof will be signed by both Dave Gibbons, and John Higgins, and embossed with a "Watchmen" design seal at the bottom of the page. A certificate of authenticity will be provided for each page purchased.
