My pen & ink commission pieces are typically done in one of 4 sizes that I offer. I don't have any restrictions in general concerning the amount of characters shown or what type of action is going on. If I feel that the amount of work involved warrants a higher price I will let you know. To see the sizes and prices I offer you can go to my website and see. Here is the link -http://jeffslemons.com/toon-up/ Once commissioned, my job is to create a well designed piece that I'm happy with within the working space I have alloted. You the client will be involved from start to finish. From initial layouts to the final pencil stage. This way there are no surprises. If there are unusual circumstances in a commissioned piece that would having a bearing on a price adjustment we can certainly talk about it before hand. I usually have other bigger projects going on at any given time so it may be a month or two before the artwork is completed. If I'm not that busy at the time of the commission then the work would be done sooner. This too I will discuss at the time a commission is being considered.
