Descriptioncheck out this Amazing Spider-Man Daily Comic Strip dated 5-7-79 which was penciled and inked by the great JOHN ROMITA SR! It seems Loomis' "Love Cult" isn't as full of kindness and love as it claims! In this daily, members of the cult surround Robbie Robertson, intent on punishing him for criticizing Loomis and his followers in his Daily Bugle editorials. Art drawn on 16" x 7.25" art board. ****As an extra bonus there is nicely drawn woman in pencil on back of the art board who is in first strip panel!**** ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! It fascinates me how from growing up in the 1970s as a kid with little money, I had to work on my paper route to have funds to buy all of the comics I loved as a kid. And growing older I was able to buy more expensive comics as I saved my money while in the U.S. Army at West Point from 1985-1989 and I was able to finally buy my very first pages of comic art in 1989 and it has been an unbelievable roller coaster ride ever since that point trying to find the Amazing Spiderman #1-297 pages and Spiderman strip art from 1-3-1977 to 11-9-1980 I love so dearly and covet!! |
