DescriptionThis original art was used for page 2 of In Love #3 (1955/Mainline). This artwork is penciled and inked by Jack Kirby, with an art area of 12" X 18". This art was drawn in 1947 for a proposed syndicated newspaper strip about an artist trying to find a winning idea for his own newspaper strip. All the art is pasted on this board since it had to be re-formated from strip layout to comic book page layout. It's in nice shape, with some toning, and the art in panel 4 has come loose and needs to be re-affixed. |
