This gallery shall be used first for displaying a few pieces of my own art. As a child growing up in the fifties, I was overwhelmed with enthusiasm for the colorful covers of comic books displayed at the local newsstands, so much so that when I eventually "attempted" to become a self-taught artist, my only inclination was to create fictitious or "sham" comic book covers purely for fun. Here then, are a few of the covers I created just for the enjoyment of doing them. And, despite heart problems now, I'm still at it. I shall add these covers to my gallery just one at a time, probably one per week. I hope you enjoy them.
