As this is one of the very best covers on 2000ad in recent years(prog 1600) am delighted to have the "prelim". I have copied part of the description from the ebay description below. This is now what I would call fully finished. Really looking forward to seeing what Greg Does with the Dark Judges. Should be spectacular.

Aye, a real knockout piece - i bet this is something else to see up close. Congrats on snagging it Peter, though if i hadnt been totally skint, id have chased this like crazy...

Brilliant Judge Dredd cover! Love the elaborate crosshatching Greg used on Dredd's face in contrast to the smooth metallic surface of his helmet--That's visual genius! This cover is badass!
