Description

This is a really rare promotional drawing by the great Floyd Gottfredson. From 1968. Anyone ever seen this in print?

This was found in the trash at KFS along with other Disney and non-Disney artwork. The Gottfredson 1968 drawing of Mickey blowing the candle on his birthdaycake was in the same lot but I, regretfully, didn't pick it up. Ah, well can't have everything... (See Antonio Menicis gallery for that piece!)
