Everett put a ton of blood, sweat and enthusiasm into his inking here. It could even be argued that he went above and beyond the requirements of the assignment. I wonder if he was trying to prove something, either to himself or to Marvel. Amateur psychoanalysis aside, this is terrific and these pages are terrifically scarce! How on earth did you find this? Congrats!

Paty's layouts still give it a Bronze Age veneer, but Everett's lush inks and style, which dominates on this page, give it an almost Golden Age feel that is fascinating. I love the wave effects.

Amazing inks ...too bad the series was so short lived , it had some great art in those few first issues
