From one of Neal's ebay auctions, many years ago.

Before they sent it from the Continuity offices, I "upgraded" the art by commissioning the great Cory Adams to color it. Her colors for DC Comics and the various Continuity Comics titles were really some of the best of their time. Maybe ever.

A little backstory... the Black Canary piece was originally offered on ebay without the fishnets being drawn. I sent a message asking if Neal would draw the fishnets if I won the auction. Neal responded that he would. Then they ended the auction early. And then they relisted the drawing with the fishnets drawn. The additional image is from the that first auction before the fishnets and Cory Adams' colors.

Love the tousled hair look.

Beautiful piece by Neal and Cory! I now sit at the desk where Cory colored at the current Continuity and her beautiful presense can still be felt in the studio and the inspiration she was on her daughter Zeea's coloring.
