Description

Pablo Marcos drew pages 1 (prologue) and 32 (end page epilogue) of this issue while Alcala drew the middle story pages (2-31) and absolutely crushed it!!! The level of detail is amazing. Check out those bottom panels. Wow! Make Mine Alcala!

To Mark and Steve, this will be one great story that will have legs to come for us to joke about in the future. It was a great and affordable pick-up in the first LA original comic art/comic con. It was great to meet you in person, Steve, and to hang with you during the 2018 SDCC.

As I mentioned before in one of my posts, I had opportunity to buy 4-5 complete Marcos zombie stories at a very fair price. The werewolf story Marcos did from Monsters Unleashed 1 I did buy---and I feel it was nicer than any of the zombie stories. Still wish I bought at least one of them, though....Yet, if the zombie stories had pages like this, I would've bought every last page/story.....period! Alcala is the man with these pages. Marcos is great as well---but looking at this page, the difference is obvious. Congrats on this Steve!
