DescriptionFrom the first time I saw Jorge's art, I fell in love. I love the Mazzucchelli vibes his art brings. The natural tendency was to request for a Batman as that's who he's become synonymous with, but I knew that anything with a skyline/cityscape he would knock out of the park. Can't go wrong with Spidey with a cityscape background! Glad to have this in my collection. Social/Sharing |

I don't know why more people aren't into Forne's work but they shouls be.

This is Fornes' artistic greatness rolled out before our eyes! Very cool that Spidey's pose and his web take tangents and angles of the background fire escapes. It is as if to say he's very much integrated into the character of New York City itself.

Wow! Stunning commission of Spider-Man by Jorge Fornes! Love this image of Spidey swinging through Manhattan. It's really cool that Spider-Man isn't the dominent image here, the city is. This is the way you'd see Spider-Man if he was actually swinging through the city, he'd be almost lost against the background of the massive buildings around him. This approach seems like a more realistic snapshot of Spider-Man on his daily rounds. Fabulous pick-up, congrats!
