Description

A terrific pencil only piece by a favorite artist of mine, Rick Leonardi. Pre-arranged for the Seattle show in April, 2006 thru Jim Warden (many thanks again, Jim!). He had it nearly finished when I found him early on the first day of the show, so I was quite thrilled to walk up, meet him, and see that the great piece he was working on was mine! Doesn't show up well in the pic, but it really is beautiful. It was terrific meeting and talking with Leonardi over the 2 days, very nice man, wonderful artist.

Beautiful piece, I wrote to Rick & heard back from him like 20 years ago. I agree beside's being a great artist. He's a true gentleman, a real PRO & super nice guy! I'd love to see him do a Capt.Marvel/Shazam monthly book for DC.

One of my all-time favorite artists. His C&D run is one of the things that got me into a lifetime of comics. I've been trying to find a way to get a piece by him for years
