Description

My mom, bless 'er, wanted to figure out something to get me for a present. She asked a buddy of mine who owns the comic shop i go to. He gave her a few artists' names and where they lived (this was pre-internet days). She called information and got in touch with Alex Toth (!). Just outta the blue, "hi, I would like to get a present for my son. He likes your art very much." I have the coolest mom ever. We ended up staying in touch after that.
