'Ex-cellent weather! Totally mad!'

Liz in the rain!One of the first pages that i bought back in the early '90s, from Forbidden Planet New Oxford St. They had a big file stuffed with art. I only picked one. Where's that time machine?

Such an awesome page, I'm having no luck finding any of Philip's old Deadline era art. I can only dream of what else was in that folder! Please keep me in mind if you think you could ever part with it.
