Mike, The layout was done by Anthony Castrillo, which I had setup by Jerry Livengood at Serendipity Art Sales.

Really depends on who I can lineup. Had spoken to Walt Simonson last year at NYCC but the timing didn't work out. I see him on this year's list so I'll most likely ask again. If not I'll have to see. Would love to see if I could get John Byrne to add to this, but I heard he's not a big on doing jam pieces.
