DescriptionPage 21 from Eerie #58. An amazing page from Berni in his prime. The "I'll get you..." panel was also a PC cover for Master of the Macabre #2. But interesting to note that The Pepper Lake Monster was originally reprinted in issue #1 of that short series. If anyone out there knows where the splash page to this story is, I will eat Ramen for a year to own it. Thanks once again to Tom for letting this one go.Social/Sharing |

Doesn't get much better than this when it comes to Wrightson. Just look at those inks!

One of the most beautiful comic stories ever drawn, in my humble opinion. A true prize.

Wow! I didn't realize Bernie drew pages like he did those Frankenstein illustrations. This is absolutely stunning

One of the most powerful and memorable of Wrightson's pages. Absolute Grail material, in my opinion. Every panel, every line, oozes class and brilliant draughtsmanship.

As good as a Frankenstein plate? Who knows? And you don't care because "I'll take them both"

Incredible. Eat Raman for a year? Ha ha. I laugh only because I have done it so many times before. . .

Because you have great taste and only pick up things you love. When you have to part with them you still love them for the same reason you loved them all along. As a true aficionado it doesn't fade.
