Description

The first of three prelims by Rick Hoberg detailing the evolution of the Golden Age Atom.

This page features Al Platt and Ted Grant, with Grant mentoring Platt in the science of boxing in what would become a montage of Atom related images.

Ultimately, Rick abandoned this image for a more defining illustration of Ted with his boxing gloves on because as Rod Stewart sang, "Every picture tells a story."
